Heart of Texas Propane Supports Hill Country Flood Recovery
Heart of Texas Propane is committed to serving the people along the Guadalupe, San Saba, and Llano River basins who have been impacted by the recent devastating floods. Your wellbeing and safety are important to us!
We have entered the second week of working to ensure the safety of those dependent on propane for their homes and businesses. There have been many propane tanks displaced by flood waters and we have been asking residents, businesses, and responders to call us to remove the tanks to avoid any potential risk that could only compound the current situation.
Because of the magnitude and broad impact of this disastrous event, Heart of Texas Propane has reached out to our valued peers within the propane industry for assistance. We have established a Hill Country Propane Response Team that is currently staged at the Heart of Texas Propane Hunt/Ingram facility. An emergency response number has been established for anyone to contact if you need assistance.
If you have located a propane tank or cylinder that has been displaced due to flooding, Do Not Touch. Immediately contact the Hill Country Propane Response Team at 1-888-407-7672 or call Heart of Texas Propane at (830) 895-5331. A response team will be dispatched without delay.
Our hearts hurt for those affected by this heartbreaking and tragic disaster. Heart of Texas Propane and the Team of Propane Industry Professionals have joined forces and are here for the duration. We are here to help!
