In my “over 80” years, I have come across a few people and companies that are above and beyond expectations, and your group is one of them. You have all spent hours over the years to fix, install, and care for our system. Few people will tell you how much it means to the homeowners that you serve. We would like to thank you for always being there for us to rely upon to do good, swift, professional work.

As a small “thank you” we have given a check to “always-smiling” Rita who has shared many laughs of the things that have gone wrong on our property (few of which are your fault). She has the funds that we have given to take you to lunch at Rio Ranch Café to show our gratitude.

I just wanted to let you know how thankful I am that I get to work with Bryan and Evan on the LP Generac jobs and tank installs. Bryan’s always a great help and Evan is the man out in the field. Evan’s communication with me, problem solving capabilities, and his interactions with my clients are traits rare to find in this day and age.

Yesterday I lost water flow about 11:00 AM. By 2:30 PM I had water again. I had an ancient pump, control box, etc. that I knew was all on its last leg. Now I have all new equipment and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Pecan Creek Water Water Service in Llano.

Thank you for getting us propane during the Arctic freeze!

Our sincere thanks and appreciation for delivering propane and providing aid to the Harper area after the “once in a lifetime” February storm. Our area was some of the worst hit. Many residents were without power and water for several weeks. Your support provided so much help and hope to all. It was wonderful to see and hear of so much help provided. Neighbors helping neighbors! May all of us remember to carry forward the good will.
