I had contacted this company to see if they could run a new propane gas line and move my tank. They came out to look at the job on a Monday and Tuesday they completed the job. They also had my tank refilled. Very knowledgeable service representatives and very skilled based on the quality of the install.

My go-to spot for propane refills. They are friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions. I'm not sure how much cheaper than are than a fill-up over at Tractor Supply, but since TSC always makes me wait an eternity (and sometimes runs out of propane), I prefer this location. There's never a wait, and never an issue. They even inspected and recertified one of my bottles when it expired, without any fuss or trouble. Can recommend.

We have an all electric home because I am allergic to all types of gas. But after the severe freeze 2 yrs ago, we decided we needed a whole house backup generator. We did not lose electric power, thanks to Central Texas Electric Co-op. We did lose water for several days, but that is something I had stockpiled for such an event. We never know what each year will bring!
The generator is outdoors so it doesn't affect my allergies. Of course we called Hunt-Ingram for propane tank and service. The name has changed but we still got the same great service from Hunter St. Clair and his team of installers. Rene Rios was very knowledgeable and friendly as he helped me decide the location; and during the install. PJ installed the big tank, while Brian ran the trencher, with the same friendly customer service. Thanks for the HOTpropane service!!

Heart of Texas Propane did a superb job on our electric-to-propane conversion project. The project included both installing the tank outside, laying the pipe to our home, prepping for a future backup generator, and plumbing our house for the propane hook-ups. The operations manager advised me on how to complete the project and on what I should expect to spend. The crews were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Every man on the job listened carefully to what I was trying to accomplish, was patient with my questions, was forthcoming with helpful information, and did the work safely and properly.
The job was complete faster than expected and under budget. At every turn, the staff of Heart of Texas Propane have anticipated and resolved issues and made it their goal to get what I wanted done. I wish every contractor were like Heart of Texas Propane.

Cleveland helped us out when we were in a pinch. Had his guys come out on an urgent basis and they helped us troubleshoot and understand our tank. We found out our tank wasnt set up properly and now were getting a very reasonably priced tank through OBrien. I cant recommend them enough for their customer service. They do what is right by the costumer. Their employees are friendly and professional. I am recommending them to everyone I know.

We have been with O'Brien Propane for many years. I called them today because I smelled gas in my kitchen. They were out within a half hour and were wonderful about checking our gas line. They have always been there when we needed them and I would never go with any other company.

We were in dire need of propane to heat our home. We're in a rental house and it's our first winter here. I didn't realize how fast we could burn through our 200 gallon tank. Of course we ran out during a freeze. It got down to 50ish degrees in our house over night. To make matters worse, all of the ice on the trees made it hard to access our tank because limbs were hanging low with the extra weight. It took a few different ideas/trys but they were able to make it work. You could tell that the delivery driver truly cared and didn't want us to have to go another night without heat. I tried to give him a tip for the extra effort but he refused to take it. It's great to have people in the community who go the extra mile.
O'Brien has a customer for life here.

Weve been using Obrien for a few years now and they are truly incredible. No matter how busy they are they always make sure to take care of you. Were so impressed with everyone there. Cleveland makes you feel like family. Always taking time to explain things to you, answer your questions and just in general be very helpful. Great customer service and we highly recommend them!

Cleveland is all about service, and he will do what it takes even if it means climbing down our hillside on a Saturday to load a tank. After our last experience with a propane service, this is a surprising and of course welcome level of service.

What few people know about this place, is you can get concrete here. They have 1 yard trailers for close projects and a 3 yard truck for deliveries. Most concrete companies will not deliver less than 5 yards. So, of you have a small job, this is the place for you. Very nice people to deal with.

Great place to get propane and assorted gifts! Refill your tank for cheaper than a swap out at Wally world and you get more propane! Google says they're open til 5 on Saturday but it's wrong; they only stay open til midday Saturday.
